As an experienced strategic leader in the workforce development & education sectors — with specific expertise in Registered Apprenticeship Programs (RAPs) — I aim to provide clients with high-quality consultative services to help them meet their goals and enhance their impact.
About Me
I help clients develop and deliver workforce & education solutions that advance organizational goals and impact their bottom line. I leverage my skills and experience to aid companies in evaluating and implementing workforce development & employee upskilling strategies.
I have unique expertise in creating and operating Registered Apprenticeship Programs (RAPs) — best-in-class workforce initiatives overseen by the US Department of Labor. I led national operations and implementation strategy for the USA’s first ever RAPs for tech jobs. On many occasions, I have acted as an apprenticeship ambassador and expert, including addressing the Massachusetts House Committee on Labor and Workforce Development, and as a guest lecturer at Stanford University’s d.school. I have received awards from the Massachusetts Workforce Association, and my efforts were recognized by former Governor Charlie Baker and State Secretary of Labor Rosalyn Acosta.
I have worked with a wide variety of clients including Fortune 500 companies, state and federal agencies, and non-profit organizations. Most importantly, my approach is rooted in collaboration; I embrace empathy, creativity, and optimism in all of my engagements.

Developing & Expanding Registered Apprenticeships
I launched, managed, and maintained Massachusetts’ first ever Registered Apprenticeship Program (RAP) for tech jobs to bridge diversity and workforce gaps in the IT sector, later replicating this success in other states across the country.
Improving Educational Outcomes Through Collaboration
I led and facilitated data-driven, multi-year school improvement projects for over 100 schools across five states.
Designing a Strategy for Apprenticeship
I supported an emerging digital education provider in creating and implementing a strategic vision for integrating Registered Apprenticeship Programs (RAPs) into its product portfolio.
Crafting Impactful Curriculum
I developed and directed an interactive entrepreneurship exposure program serving over 1,000 low-income students.
